If you value sleep, Thorne Theanine is the way to go.
If you or your child have had trouble sleeping because of adhd or autism try asking your doctor about supplementing with Theanine. My hyperactive son was having trouble falling asleep, so I literally researched every type of supplement that was safe & non-habit forming & discovered Theanine. There are cheaper brands of Theanine, I have tried them, and they are certainly not made the same. If you have a child with sleep issues, you come to realize how valuable a good nights sleep can be 💤🛏
