Eden Garbanzo Beans are organic U.S. family grown, soaked overnight, and pressure cooked with kombu seaweed at Eden's organic, kosher cannery. Garbanzo is the Spanish-derived name for chickpeas, which are part of the plant family of legumes 'Fabaceae'. The edible seeds called pulses are highly nutritious.
